The Preparation
For the base mixture:
1/3 cup granulated stevia / erythritol blend (can use Swerve)
1 tsp. xanthan gum
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
¼ cup pumpkin puree
3 medium eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ cups whipping cream
For cream mixture:
1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp. granulated stevia / erythritol blend (can use Swerve)
½ tsp. vanilla extract
