Banana Muffins
1.25 cup of almond flour
1 pinch sea salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 egg
2.5 med. bananas
0.5 cups walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas in a bowl. Add coconut oil, egg, and blend until smooth. Add almond flour, salt, baking soda. Add walnuts.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 8 muffins.
Donna’s Tip: Banana is the sweetener.
